Orange Honey by Mieli Thun is characterized by the scent of orange blossom (known as “zagara” in Italy), a fragrance known for its delicate citrus floral scents. On the palate it is pleasantly sugary with floral scents that can also give fruity notes. The characteristic acidity and floral notes make this honey ideal for pastry: wheat pastries, fried pastas and citrus compotes. Also perfect in salads emulsified with extra virgin olive oil and lemon or to marinate raw fish.
