Chestnut Honey 250 gr

Chestnut Honey by Mieli Thun has scented notes of dried chamomile and tannic odors. The taste is slightly bitter, with notes of wood, wet tobacco and cocoa bean. Perfect in combination with soft cheeses such as ricotta but also more seasoned ones such as Grana Trentino. In the kitchen, try it in the filling of pumpkin tortelli, mixed with a Ricotta mousse or in all preparations with hazelnuts. Very good if used for bread making, especially in the dough of rye bread.
