Pan Primo was born from the collaboration between Frantoi Cutrera and Filippi, the Italian historic and renowned producer of Panettone and typical pastries. Pan Primo is a Panettone in which butter is replaced by extra virgin olive oil, obtained with mother yeast after a slow natural leavening, thus managing to maintain a light, soft and at the same time tasty dough.
Pan Primo is the result of a traditional Panettone dough, enriched with raisins and candied fruits as tradition dictates, which combines with the excellence of Primo extra virgin olive oil. It is completely free of butter and milk derivatives in favor of a noble and quality vegetable fat.
