Biscuits with Piedmont PGI Hazelnuts 250 gr

Biscuits with Piedmont PGI Hazelnuts by Antonio Mattei are a delicious taste variety of the classic Prato biscuits with almonds, also known as Cantucci or Cantuccini. They are part of the traditional Tuscan confectionery and they are perfect after a meal paired with Vin Santo wine. Cantucci biscuits with hazelnuts by Antonio Mattei are prepared with the same dough of classic biscuits. The recipe includes only 4 simple ingredients: flour, sugar, hazelnuts and free range eggs. They do not contain preservatives, animal fats or vegetable fats. Since 1858 Antonio Mattei Biscuits Cantuccini have been baked daily in the same rooms of the historic bakery and packed by hand in the classic and iconic Mattei Blue Bag. The production of biscuits with the famous Piedmont PGI Hazelnuts begun in 2019.
