Chocolate Biscuits with Dark Chocolate chunks 250 gr

Dark Chocolate Biscuits by Antonio Mattei are a delicious variety of the classic Prato Almond biscuits, also known as Cantucci or Cantuccini. They are part of the traditional Tuscan confectionery and they are perfect after a meal paired with Vin Santo wine. Cantucci biscuits with dark chocolate by Antonio Mattei are prepared with the same dough of classic biscuits. The recipe includes only 4 simple ingredients: flour, sugar, dark chocolate and free range eggs. They do not contain preservatives, animal fats or vegetable fats. Since 1858 Antonio Mattei Biscuits Cantuccini have been baked daily in the same rooms of the historic bakery and packed by hand in the classic and iconic Mattei Blue Bag. The recipe of the chocolate variety was introduced in 2013.
