Pistachio and Almond Biscuits by Antonio Mattei are an original taste variety of the classic Prato biscuits, also known as Cantucci or Cantuccini. They are part of the traditional Tuscan confectionery and they are perfect after a meal paired with Vin Santo wine. Cantucci biscuits with pistachio and almonds by Antonio Mattei are prepared with the same dough of classic biscuits. The recipe includes only 5 simple ingredients: flour, sugar, pistachio, almonds and free range eggs. They do not contain preservatives, animal fats or vegetable fats. Since 1858 Antonio Mattei Biscuits Cantuccini have been baked daily in the same rooms of the historic bakery and packed by hand in the classic and iconic Mattei Blue Bag. The production of Pistachio and almond biscuits begun in 2017.
