Authentic Italian rigatoni pasta made and air-dried in the Italian Alps by the Felicetti family. Crafted using select Italian wheat and a bronze die for a rough texture. Boil over the hob for 11 to 13 minutes, drain and serve with one of our Italian pasta sauces. Serves 6.
