Organico Carnaroli Risotto Rice 500g

Organico speciality rice is grown and packed for us in Biance in the heart of the century-old rice fields of the Northern Po valley. Carnaroli rice is known as the “king of risotto”. Carnaroli has a high content of amylase, giving a good absorption with a little loss of starch. This means the rice absorbs the flavour of the ingredients and liquids better.
